Marble Run — Privacy on the Track
Last updated: June 2025
Marble Run keeps your session rolling freely — no personal data collected along the way, no tracking at any checkpoint. This document maps every stage of our privacy practice from start to finish.
What rolls through our records
Nothing personal rolls through Marble Run's records. No player's name, no track history, no device token is captured at any gate. You roll through clean.
Checkpoint data (server logs)
Like a timer at a track checkpoint, our servers may automatically register: browser type, device category, and an anonymised IP fragment. These readings confirm the track is open. They track time, not identity.
No tracking rails
Marble Run installs no advertising rails, no behavioural analytics checkpoints, and no third-party observation posts along the track.
The materials supplier (Google Fonts)
Our typefaces come from Google Fonts. Your browser's connection to Google may include your IP. Their privacy documentation covers what they do at that junction.
Young marble artists
Marble Run is a colourful, satisfying game for all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no age restrictions. Every marble artist is welcome on the track. We collect nothing from any player.
Track updates
If our privacy practices change, this document will be updated and redated. Continued play after any change means you accept the revised terms.
